Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following expressions carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "great blue" / "we" / "Platform" — refers to the great blue online platform accessible at https://greatblue.vu together with all subdomains, mobile applications and related services.
• "User" / "you" / "player" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses great blue services.
• "Account" — refers to a user account officially registered on the great blue platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, betting credits or other incentives granted by great blue to users subject to specified conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process required prior to a withdrawal or when requested by great blue.

2User Eligibility

To register for and use great blue services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from using the great blue platform.
• Not hold more than one active account at great blue at any time.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3Account Registration

Account registration at great blue is free and requires no upfront payment. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address and valid mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at great blue. If there is evidence that a user holds more than one account, great blue reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances or wins contained therein without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. great blue will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be required before your first withdrawal or whenever great blue deems it necessary to verify a user's identity. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of current address and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the great blue platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. Minimum deposit and maximum limits are as specified in the Deposit section of the platform.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as your deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals — in which case a supported alternative will be used. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days depending on the chosen method and account verification status.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.00 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Great blue reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional security review.
• Deposited funds will not accrue any interest or returns while held in the account.

5Bonus & Promotions

Great blue offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated alongside the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum bet limits.

• Deposit bonuses typically require a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus value received before withdrawals are permitted.
• Some games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements or may contribute at a different rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Great blue reserves the right to revoke bonuses obtained through unfair means, fraud, or system exploitation.
• If a user withdraws funds before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated wins will be automatically forfeited.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed through the great blue platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under certain circumstances recognised by great blue such as match cancellations or significant technical errors.

For sports betting and live betting, the following rules apply:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate wins.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, the relevant bet will be voided and funds returned.
• For accumulator bets, the cancellation of any leg will result in that leg being assigned odds of 1.00.
• Great blue reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any user or match at our sole discretion.

For casino games, outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. Any connection interruption during active gameplay will not automatically void the round in progress — the platform will complete the round based on information stored on the server.

7Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities

Great blue takes all forms of fraud, use of third-party tools, bots or automation, money laundering, bug abuse, or any activity intended to exploit the system or harm the platform or other players very seriously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without warning:

• Using third-party software to automate betting or gameplay.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or suspicious activities.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt the great blue technical systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the great blue customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and the account balance (minus any bonus funds that do not meet eligibility requirements) will be returned.

Great blue reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user is found to hold more than one account.
• The user fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users may also request voluntary account closure for reasons related to Responsible Gaming. In such cases, the request will be processed on a priority basis and the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed at the user's discretion.

9Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the great blue platform including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, software code, user interfaces and brand names are the exclusive property of great blue or the relevant licence holders and are protected under international copyright law.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any content from the great blue platform without prior written consent.
• Using great blue's brand name, logo, or marketing materials for personal or commercial purposes without authorisation.
• Creating endorsements or building websites, applications, or materials that impersonate or mislead users about great blue's identity.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, great blue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Great blue does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and technical emergencies may cause temporary service disruptions. In such situations, any affected bets or games will be handled in accordance with established policy.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Great blue takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is handled in strict compliance with international data protection standards and secured using 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions.

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Processing financial transactions.
• Fraud detection and anti-money laundering prevention.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Improving user experience and platform services.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Great blue reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notifications at least 14 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the great blue platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the great blue platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes.
